CHINA TING<03398> - Amendment to Results Announcement (Advised by CHINA TING)

The Stock Exchange has received a message from China Ting Group Holdings
Limited which is reproduced as follows:-

"Refer to the summary form of results announcement submitted to the
e-submission of the Stock Exchange on September 7, 2006.  The
amount of interim dividend mentioned in the summary form included an
interim dividend of 5.4 HK cents and a special dividend of 1.0 HK cents.  
The total amount is therefore 6.4 HK cents."
